I've never written a letter of appreciation before but I was compelled to do so after my visits with Parita Raynor.

Im was so petrified of getting dental work done that I haven't scheduled an appointment in 10 years. My teeth were rotting away. At my initial visit I was told that I needed a deep cleaning. I was not looking forward to it!

Let me just say that Parita was wonderful! Its such an awkward and uncomfortable experience to have someone working in my gross mouth but Parita made it as enjoyable as the procedure could be. More importantly she educated me on many aspects of my at home dental care. My girlfriend also had the deep cleaning and she ranted and raved about Parita.

Thank you for hiring such good people and please forward this to Parita. She needs to know how great she is at her job! Please do everything possible to keep her at Gentle Dental in Port St. Lucie!

Just 3 letters....OMG!! My children are patients of Dr. Azari and as a mother you want your children to be comfortable with their dentist. Well they are. I am their mother with a major fear of dentists. I had an emergency occur (my doggie ate my partial) and I faced my fear and called the Jupiter Office. The day was already completely booked solid when Dr. Azari said he would see me anyways at noon. He comforted me and said everything would be OK even though I had a family reunion over the weekend. I kept asking...should I cancel because I cannot be toothless? He worked his magic to have a new partial complete for Friday afternoon. I arrived on Friday to find out that the lab never picked up by impressions. OMG!! Dr. Azari left Friday afternoon and drove to the lab himself and met me back at his office Saturday at 8:00 a.m. on his day off. I cannot express the gratitude and comfort I received from this Doctor and his Office Staff. I am facing my fear head on and going back for a full visit in 2 weeks.

When my employer changed insurance companies I was forced to switch dentists. I came in on 1/7/13 as an emergency walk in. I read all the reviews for the dentists covered by my new insurance and the Gentle Dental Group had by far the best reviews in my area, so I decided to give them a shot. Dr. Scott J. Azari was a godsend squeezing me in like he did. I've had horror stories from previous visits with other dentists. The ladies at the desk, the hygienist and Dr. Azari have changed my perspective on dental offices all together. Two huge thumbs up from me and will be happy to recommend anyone I know to their office!

I have never been so impressed with a dental office. And I owe it mainly to 3 people at the Jupiter location: the office manager, my dentist, and my hygienist... First, I owe a great deal to the office manager Rose. If it wasn't for Rose's patience and understanding I don't know if I would have ever found a dental office to call home. Not only does she go above and beyond as an office manager, but she is also extremely well knowledged, and if I didn't know any better I would think she was a dentist herself. She never ceases to amaze me; from booking or changing last minute appointments, to answering questions I would think only a dentist would know. And thanks to Rose I was able to meet Dr. Urquiza who is by far the most patient and kind dentist I have ever dealt with. Dr. Urquiza takes the time to listen to her patients and lets them voice their concerns unlike other dentists I have dealt with. Dr. Urquiza works with you to reach a common goal that is in your budget while still providing the best professional solution. Other dentists have just "rail-roaded" me into telling me what I need and "how it is" without listening to my concerns. She is so kind and truly puts the Gentle in GentleDental. If it was not for Rose putting me with Dr. Urquiza I would not be a patient at Gentle Dental. And then there is a hygienist there by the name of Lauren. Lauren is very well knowledged in her field, and just like Dr. Urquiza, takes the time to listen to what the patient wants rather then telling them what they need, while still ensuring the best possible solution. Lauren ensures my comfort and makes my procedures a pleasure. To Rose, Dr. Urquiza, and Lauren I owe a debt of gratitude for making me feel like I have finally found a dental home.

All my life I have always had bad experiences going to the dentist. I am literally petrified of the dentist office. Due to excruciating pain, I made an appt. with Gentle Dental in WPB. Though I was scared to death to have a root canal and crown, EVERYONE in that office showed so much compassion and was so understanding and realized my fear was real. It took a Village from Gentle Dental to get me thru the procedure, as well as my wonderful husband and good friend. This was my best experience ever (tho I'm not saying I enjoyed it!) and want to thank Deena, Kim, Kimberly, and everyone else who went out of their way to be patient and understanding with me. Thank you ALL.

I am a very poor Dentist patient. I rarely feel comfortable at any Dentist's office and have a poor history of following through with dental appointments.
Gentle Dentle of N. Miami Beach has a rare and exceptional staff of warm and caring professionals.
* Phyllis, the Office Manager, is exceptional. She is always patient and sensitive to my awkwardness. That goes a very LONG way in helping me overcome a powerful urge NOT to come in.

* Betsy drew the short straw in attempting to take all my X-rays.
I wouldn't wish this on anyone. We actually got through it pretty quickly and had some laughs along the way ! She is very kind and patient. She is a valuable asset to your office! Thank you betsy for allowing me to escape with my dignity.

I just met Dr. Salizar for the first time.
* Dr. Salizar is ALSO very sensitive to my awkwardness and allowed me to feel comfortable with the overall evaluation, how we will proceed, and gave me a genuine sense of well being that we will achieve better dental health for me TOGETHER.
Now all i gotta do...
...is SHOW UP and stay with these great folks to put me on a NEW road to better Dental health.

I have recently finished my orthodontic Invisaline treatment. I am now wearing the retainer trays. The personalized treatment that I received was nothing short of superb. Dr. Newman and his staff were always willing to go the extra mile for me.
My appointments were always easy to make and the treatment was always on time.
I would like to make a special comment about Jessica Woman. She is someone who always finds a way to help. If I had a problem, she solved it. This is the kind of person who makes a business successful. My treatments were done at the Lake Worth office and I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Thank you for such a rewarding experience. My teeth have never looked better.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Port St. Lucie office because I was having an emergency while visiting family. Olga, Brittney, Dr. Quick and the crew were all AWESOME! I had a bad experience with a dentist years back and even last week; this entire staff was bubbly, nice and so accommodating. Even Brittney- it was her first day, she was just learning the ropes and she was so cool, calm and collected.They really put my mind at ease although I was in severe pain. I really recommend Gentle Dental. I called the emergency number to schedule this appt and they handled my issue with the sense of urgency and called me right back. I heart Gentle Dental and wish they were in my home state!
