I am a very poor Dentist patient. I rarely feel comfortable at any Dentist's office and have a poor history of following through with dental appointments.
Gentle Dentle of N. Miami Beach has a rare and exceptional staff of warm and caring professionals.
* Phyllis, the Office Manager, is exceptional. She is always patient and sensitive to my awkwardness. That goes a very LONG way in helping me overcome a powerful urge NOT to come in.

* Betsy drew the short straw in attempting to take all my X-rays.
I wouldn't wish this on anyone. We actually got through it pretty quickly and had some laughs along the way ! She is very kind and patient. She is a valuable asset to your office! Thank you betsy for allowing me to escape with my dignity.

I just met Dr. Salizar for the first time.
* Dr. Salizar is ALSO very sensitive to my awkwardness and allowed me to feel comfortable with the overall evaluation, how we will proceed, and gave me a genuine sense of well being that we will achieve better dental health for me TOGETHER.
Now all i gotta do...
...is SHOW UP and stay with these great folks to put me on a NEW road to better Dental health.

I've never written a letter of appreciation before but I was compelled to do so after my visits with Parita Raynor.

Im was so petrified of getting dental work done that I haven't scheduled an appointment in 10 years. My teeth were rotting away. At my initial visit I was told that I needed a deep cleaning. I was not looking forward to it!

Let me just say that Parita was wonderful! Its such an awkward and uncomfortable experience to have someone working in my gross mouth but Parita made it as enjoyable as the procedure could be. More importantly she educated me on many aspects of my at home dental care. My girlfriend also had the deep cleaning and she ranted and raved about Parita.

Thank you for hiring such good people and please forward this to Parita. She needs to know how great she is at her job! Please do everything possible to keep her at Gentle Dental in Port St. Lucie!

We were seen on time, actually 5 minutes early. Fran and Jennifer
(Names?) were heaven sent to deal with my 5 year old who wanted nothing to do with any of it, even X-rays. They went above and beyond their job duties to ensure he got his exam including detailing every step and letting him touch and become comfortable with the tools. Fran even gave him sunglasses when he said the light was too bright in his face! Words cannot express my gratitude for their help during the appointment and it continued with Dr.Patel who was also kind and gentle.

I would rate 10 stars if I could!

The office is conveniently located close to my residence, everybody is really friendly, the office is kept clean and all employees are really nice! David, who called my name at the waiting area was very professional, Yoima who took the X-rays was very happy and prompt, Dr. Guerrero was very clear and through. Tina F. at check in was great and Tina at check out was fast too. Jose Fernando the dental Hygienist was excellent! Everyone was so happy to be there and prompt, that I called the State of FL Network thru Cigna and asked to get me assigned to the office!!Thank you so much! First of all, I would like to say I am big on customer service and providing the best customer service possible, since we are all customers at one time or another.
Previously, I was a patient at Dental land coral springs and it turned out to be a horrible experience. I am so glad I choice Gentle Dental of Coral springs as my dental location. My experience was very pleasant which sounds crazy since it’s a visit to the dentist.
Everyone was very Amazing and helpful. One individual in particular Alicia i think she was the office manager. She was AWESOME she answered all my questions and went into detail when i did not understand. She didn’t seem annoyed or bothered by my inquires. It’s nice to know that there are people out there who actually LOVE their job. I work for the unemployment office and i speak to people daily who would love to have any job and it’s nice to see that there are people who want to help others and go the extra mile to provide great customer service. I really appreciate it and even though I need a lot of work done on my teeth at least I can make the best choices since i am more equipped with information.

Just 3 letters....OMG!! My children are patients of Dr. Azari and as a mother you want your children to be comfortable with their dentist. Well they are. I am their mother with a major fear of dentists. I had an emergency occur (my doggie ate my partial) and I faced my fear and called the Jupiter Office. The day was already completely booked solid when Dr. Azari said he would see me anyways at noon. He comforted me and said everything would be OK even though I had a family reunion over the weekend. I kept asking...should I cancel because I cannot be toothless? He worked his magic to have a new partial complete for Friday afternoon. I arrived on Friday to find out that the lab never picked up by impressions. OMG!! Dr. Azari left Friday afternoon and drove to the lab himself and met me back at his office Saturday at 8:00 a.m. on his day off. I cannot express the gratitude and comfort I received from this Doctor and his Office Staff. I am facing my fear head on and going back for a full visit in 2 weeks.

Hello Boca Gentle Dental! today is the day after I initially visited your office and OMG! That's all I can say because I was sooooooo very nervous when I got there. I even left my purse in the car just to have a reason to run out of the office but the front desk staff assured me all would be well as I got checked in. Soon after I was welcomed by my hygienist who was patient, caring, kind, warm, I mean just outstanding Paolo (I think that's her name). After my x-rays, Dr.Jack came in, politely introduced himself, knew by my actions how worried and afraid I was, with encouraging words, a soft hand, and the right words he let me know I was in the right hands. I'm 34 years old and I cry at the dentist EVERY TIME because I just am afraid of pain.
Yesterday, after having my bill explained, the work I needed done, I felt as if nothing was kept from me concerning the costs of treatment, my treatment plan was even printed out for my own records! You all score off the charts and I hope that my future visits are as pleasant as yesterdays. I have referred my supervisor Samantha Navarro to your office and after the trauma of having an oral surgeon slap me in my face for screaming as he pulled my tooth, she knows I was really in the right place! See you next month!
