The environment in the entire office is very friendly, joyful and very professional Dentist chair side. Prompt and with wonderful customer service experience! The service is cordial and prompt and without a doubt I already referred my friends, family and neighbors.
As an employee of the Health Dpt myself, customer service is important to me, cleanliness and professional environment are the first things I look for at every place I go. Gentle Dental of Plantation meets all the great expectations I looked for and more. The office is conveniently located close to my residence, everybody is really friendly, the office is kept clean and all employees are really nice! David, who called my name at the waiting area was very professional, Yoima who took the X-rays was very happy and prompt, Dr. Guerrero was very clear and through. Tina F. at check in was great and Tina at check out was fast too. Jose Fernando the dental Hygienist was excellent! Everyone was so happy to be there and prompt, that I called the State of FL Network thru Cigna and asked to get me assigned to the office!!Thank you so much! I will refer all the clients I work with and anyone I know.

I want to make you aware of a "superstar" in your office. I was on vacation when an urgent dental problem arose following an extraction. I needed to speak with Dr. Hersh and called the West Palm office. I spoke with Kim Reid and explained my situation. She informed me Dr. Hersh was in another office that day. However, here is where she went above and beyond. She offered to call the other office and indicated she would immediately call back. She not only did what she said she would do, but she called me later in the day to make sure my problem was taken care of. I was moved by her sense of caring. It made feel good about being a Gentle Dental patient.

This office is just awesome. Everybody has been great. Even jupiter office was the same. Sort of reminded me of Chik Fil A, how no matter which one you're at or who you get, its always pleasant and efficient. I've had so many bad experiences at the past 3 to 4 dentists I tried, that I stopped going like I should! Now I no longer have that excuse. I'm glad my aunt referred me.
Dr Londono I think was her name and her assistant were awesome. Can't say enough great things about them so far.....On an ending note, still can't believe that I go in at my scheduled time and I am seen on time at my scheduled time. Definitely a first for that. Thank you guys

We were seen on time, actually 5 minutes early. Fran and Jennifer
(Names?) were heaven sent to deal with my 5 year old who wanted nothing to do with any of it, even X-rays. They went above and beyond their job duties to ensure he got his exam including detailing every step and letting him touch and become comfortable with the tools. Fran even gave him sunglasses when he said the light was too bright in his face! Words cannot express my gratitude for their help during the appointment and it continued with Dr.Patel who was also kind and gentle.

I would rate 10 stars if I could!

First of all, I would like to say I am big on customer service and providing the best customer service possible, since we are all customers at one time or another.
Previously, I was a patient at Dental land coral springs and it turned out to be a horrible experience. I am so glad I choice Gentle Dental of Coral springs as my dental location. My experience was very pleasant which sounds crazy since it’s a visit to the dentist.
Everyone was very Amazing and helpful. One individual in particular Alicia i think she was the office manager. She was AWESOME she answered all my questions and went into detail when i did not understand. She didn’t seem annoyed or bothered by my inquires. It’s nice to know that there are people out there who actually LOVE their job. I work for the unemployment office and i speak to people daily who would love to have any job and it’s nice to see that there are people who want to help others and go the extra mile to provide great customer service. I really appreciate it and even though I need a lot of work done on my teeth at least I can make the best choices since i am more equipped with information.

Just 3 letters....OMG!! My children are patients of Dr. Azari and as a mother you want your children to be comfortable with their dentist. Well they are. I am their mother with a major fear of dentists. I had an emergency occur (my doggie ate my partial) and I faced my fear and called the Jupiter Office. The day was already completely booked solid when Dr. Azari said he would see me anyways at noon. He comforted me and said everything would be OK even though I had a family reunion over the weekend. I kept asking...should I cancel because I cannot be toothless? He worked his magic to have a new partial complete for Friday afternoon. I arrived on Friday to find out that the lab never picked up by impressions. OMG!! Dr. Azari left Friday afternoon and drove to the lab himself and met me back at his office Saturday at 8:00 a.m. on his day off. I cannot express the gratitude and comfort I received from this Doctor and his Office Staff. I am facing my fear head on and going back for a full visit in 2 weeks.

Myron Coulton, DDS is an excellent dentist. He made me an upper denture that fits perfectly. He is very honest, attentive and caring and I trust him implicitly. We need more dentists like him. He sent me to Jason Hersh, DMD in West Boca because of a cyst in my lower cheek. Dr. Hersh is the best. He removed the cyst without hesitation. He informed me as to what he would do, kept me calm, removed the cyst, put in some stitches, gave me instructions on how to care for area and in 30 minutes I was good to go. He is very committed and good at what he does. I would recommend him highly.

I just had some work done by Dr Marcia Durkan today, and I have to tell you that in my 60+ years of dealing with Dentists, she is the best of the best. She made me feel that no matter how big the problem was...and it was big, she would find a way to fix it, and she did. She also involved another Dentist who did a root canal so she could do the best for me, and he was also very good. He explained what he was doing step by step, and even let me know when I would feel a little pain.
Just an overall great experience today.
Thanks so much again Dr Durkan. I will recommend all my friends and family to you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shofnos for over 30 years. He is a doctor who values his patients and shows integrity, compassion and respect for all of his patients. My family has been seen by him and I wouldn't trust any other dentist with his care. I wanted to commend the office staff as well as they are very courteous, respectful and sincere in assisting the needs of their patients. They answer my questions and are always willing to help in getting answers for me. They are very patient and kind at all times. The office staff makes me and my family feel valuable and important as a patient. They are always trying to help in assisting me with billing and or scheduling . Recently, I had a cleaning with a dental hygienist named Rada. He was so thorough and explained how I should be taking care of my teeth. He inspired me to start flossing more and cleaning my teeth inside better. He is an asset to the practice. He shows kindness, patience and true caring for his patients and I felt that my cleaning was superior . I look forward to my next cleaning with him as I am sure the other patients who were lucky enough to have been serviced by him, would feel the same. I have had many hygienists in the past and I feel he is superior. He also educated me on the importance of proper caring for my teeth and I will be better at following his advice. I value his professionalism. Therefore, I had a great experience at Gentle Dental Cooper City and my family and I will continue to be proud patients there and recommend the services.
