“I just wanted to take a moment to tell you that I had a wonderful experience with the dental hygienist and dentist yesterday. It was my first visit to Gentle Dental. I switched dentists after three years because I felt I wasn’t getting a good cleaning. Although I have never had a cavity, I felt my gums were swollen. I found out that I was starting to get gum disease. The hygienist was on a mission to save my gums with her hard work, guidance and a treatment plan. I think with her help, I will be back in business. The doctor really took his time with me, giving me a great exam, answering my questions and handling my concerns. I never felt rushed, I was extremely pleased. I am coming back again in a few weeks to get a scaling, which I know I wouldn’t want anyone else to do but my same hygienist. In addition, the doctor’s assistant was extremely kind and gentle when she did my x-rays. I could see her eagerness to provide great customer service. Last, but not least, the front office staff were efficient, patient and pleasant. I am usually afraid of the dentist, but my experience was wonderful…I will be back and I am sending out recommendations! Thanks!”
