My Experience
My Husband and I have recently over the last several months have had crowns, root canals, cleanings etc.. The Boynton Beach Gentle Dental office has been the best experience we have had if you have to have any procedure done. The office staff is THE BEST.. Always, smiling, courteous and most of all friendly. I would reccommend this location for any dental needs.

1st Experience
I was very satisfied with everyone. The pediatric dentist was wonderful! The only thing was the waiting time. Apparently they overbook the appointments. My son had an appt for 8am and we wait 50 min prior to being called.
A pleasant experience!
My 7 year old daughter is terrified of going to the dentist, but now after going to your office she feels much better. She recently had a lot of work done on her tiny mouth and everyone made her feel really comfortable. The dentist and assistants knew how to relax her and perform the work they needed while keeping her comfortable and calm. She comes out smiling now and happy when it’s all done. Thank you for everything!!!
Not bad
Service is very good. Staff is very nice. Pricing seems to be pretty high. Each time I have been in there, I have been charged a different charge that was not mentioned on the original bill.

My 5 yr old is a patient. Her work included a root canal & crown.
Dr. Barbara and assistants were gentle,caring and encouraging. They made us both, child & parent, at ease and confident with their work. I have suggested them to fellow moms.

Dr. Hartman was extremely considerate. He asked very often how I was doing, and when I experienced pain, he gave me another shot without question.
While I hope I never have to have another root canal, I would definitely set my appt w/ Dr. Hartman (and gentle Dental).
Good Experience
Lets be honest…most people dont like the dreaded dental chair. However, at Gentle Dental they made what was sure to be a miserable visit(due to an absessed tooth), a comfortable and efficient appointment. I felt as though I was the only patient…although I KNOW that I wasnt. They are a very busy office (especially on MOnday mornings). However, they all work together, and made me feel as though I was there only concern. Everyone from the receptionist, the dental assistant, dental hygienist and of course Dr. Rodriguez…the Dentist.
Hygiene
No complaint or criticism. Hygienist provided excellent care.
real bad service
i am very upset and unsatisfied with the serivce this gental dental office has provided me. It seems like the dental help there was under trained even the dentist was being very passive and nobody there could answer any of my questions. i am a business owner myself and i woud never ever treat my customers like i was treated in your office…
in short i walked out of your office and i will never think twice about gental dental again.

Always a great experience! the office manager is great and Dr. Rodriguez is very knowledgeable and pleasure to be around. My hygentist was new but very nice and capable.
Root Canal
Jayson Hartman DDS along with his assistant were very professional at all times during the root canal. I experienced no pain whatsoever. In fact it was like having a cavity filled. I was asked to raise my left arm if I had any problems and the procedure would be stopped. Several times during the root canal I was asked was everything OK which it was. I had little or no pain a day after the root canal but did take a few Vicodon as needed along with amoxicillin. I would recommend Jayson Hartman DDS for your next root canal

I HAVE ATTENDED GENTLE DENTAL FOR YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SO WELL TAKEN CARE OF BY DR VEINER AND APRIL! I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE OFFICE STAFF ALSO THROUGHTOUT THE YEARS THERE HAS BEEN VERY CONSIDERATE CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVEN THOUGH I HAVED UP TO MARTIN COUNTY I WILL NOT GO TO ANOTHER DENTIST OR HYGENEIST! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR CARE!

As a new patient I must say the staff is very welcoming especially the office manager Lourdes! She is a gem to this office and she really knows her job… My only issue is the wait time, but typically when service is good you can overlook timing! I would refer my family & friends to this office.
Crown and cleaning
I have never been to a dentist without private rooms. My procedures took almost three hours and during that time I could hear everyone’s problems.
Another good visit.
I never like visiting the dentist, especially for fillings, so it is hard to give a review for this visit. But, I do like going to Gentle Dental because of the “friendly” chair side manor at this location.
