easiest cleaning in a long time
I get my teeth cleaned every six months and the last two cleanings left me concerned on the focus of care but yesterday I had a wonderful experience and hope that this hygenist remains with gentile dentile for a long time.
Office visit
This time around my visit was really great there was almost no wait, the exam and the cleaning were performed in a timely manner, Rita the hygienist was awesome

great team and service
This is my first experience with Gental Dental but thus far Ian extremely pleased with there services. I have had my temporary bridge break 3 times due to my own fault and every time they have made time in there busy schedule to fit me in and get a new temp made without question. The office staff is very polite with answering all my questions in person or over the phone and there dentists are top notch and do a 100% great job. This is my first time at there office but ill be a long and loyal patient of Gental Dental.

I am a new patient, I just picked the closest oral surgeon on my dental plan and was pleasently surprised! The staff was very nice and the office was very clean. I am a nurse and I am VERY picky about anything to do with healthcare and customer service! But Gentle Dental is a great office with wonderful people! I am now going to switch my dentist to this location!

HAD MY TEETH CLEANED BY TAMMY HIRSCH. SHE IS VERY SKILLED, PLEASANT AND QUALIFIED. ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING HER.
DR SHOFNOS IS THE BEST. MY HUSBAND AND I TRAVEL FROM BOYNTON BEACH FOR TAMMY AND DR SHOFNOS. I WAS ALWAYS SO SCARED OF THE DENTIST UNTIL I STARTED GOING TO DR SHOFNOS OVER 20 YEARS AGO. I CAN’T IMAGINE EVER HAVING TO GO TO ANYONE ELSE.
WHAT A FABULOUS TEAM THEY ARE. AND DR SHOFNOS’ ASSISTANT IS ALSO GREAT.

Getting a cleaning is not high on my list of favorite things, however……
My hygenist, Rita, is the best I’ve ever been to!!!
I am extremely sensitive, have multiple medical problems and lots of gum recession.
She askes me questions PRIOR to the cleaning and I never, ever, bleed or have any gum swelling.
I don”t know how she does it, except to say she is most gentle (hence, gentle dental) and takes her time.
As long as she is there, I will continue to get my teeth cleaned there.
Give that woman a raise!!!!!!!!!

I was 4 hours at that office for about a full hour work I was a difficult case the assistant and the doctor was very nice but I did not like waiting on the chair while he does other custommers . I feel my time is not respected .

I have been a patient here for 10 years. Recently had a cracked filling done and they were very upfront with the additional cost to have a superduper filling vs the basic insurance one. And they were flexible with scheduling and quickly and painlessly fixed my tooth. Thank you Dr. Shofnos and team!

Dental Visit
Everyone in the office are courteous and professional. Hygienist Jackie and Tammy are so friendly and made it easy with my phobia of going to the denist/doctor office. Appointments are scheduled and never have to wait. Big Plus!! I’ve recommended this office before and I will keep doing it.
Fabulous
My son was brought in for his cleaning in a timely manor, and then needed an unexpected visit with the doctor. He was worked into the schedule the same day. Both the hygienist , tammy, and the doctor, dr. Shofnos, were fantastic with kids.

Dr. Shofnos has been my dentist for years. He is wonderful and his staff are always pleasant. They even have a special plan for those of us without dental insurance, which is a nice service. I can actually say I look forward to my visits at Gentle Dental of Cooper City.
