First i will start by saying I have had alot of work done the past 6 months and I couldn’t be happier with the service that has been provided for me. The dentists, the receptionists, and the assistants have amazing. I have been to other Gental dentals and delray has been by far the best in overall service and care, I will definitly be returning and reccomending them to everyone I know! My first impression of Gentle Dental of Delray Beach
My first impression was that the waiting room and exam room needed some freshening up. I had an 11am app’t got there at 10:45 did some paperwork (most of it was done by me at home prior to my visit) and was taken in for exrays by 11:05. I was not seen by the dentist for an evaluation till noon (55 minutes). I met with the dentist, who was very apolagetic for the wait and was out by 12:25.
Great Experience
I had to have a molar extracted and was anxious about my visit. From the front office, to the assistant, to the oral surgeon, all the employees were kind, professional, and thorough in the process. Over the past 2 years, I have not had a bad experience. Would highly recommend this practice.
Best dental experience ever!!!
From the front desk on it was friendly and comforting service, they really make you feel at home,I walked in as a new patient and within an hour I was out the door. I am actually looking forward to my next appointment, Thank You everyone @ Gentle Dental. The best dental staff I have ever seen.

The Gentlest of all Dentals
My visit to Gentle Dental was brief because I only had to wait about 10 minutes… that’s a record for me!!!! The assistant GENTLY fit me for my new dentures. The dentist discussed my options. I was pleased with everyone’s chairside manners.The office feels relaxed and friendly. I would recommend anyone to exoerience the gentler side of going to the dentist by visiting Gentle Dental.

If you have to have Oral Surgery, Dr Sequi is a great doctor to preform it. I was taken promptly, and recieved excellent care.

Gentle Dental was great and I hate going to the dentist!
I am the biggest chicken when it comes to going to dentist. I don’t like to have to get the shots but they were great. The dental assistant and Dr. Ayesh were very knowledgeable about my tooth problem and were very quick and gentle when fixing it. The girls at the front desk were very nice and knew what they were doing as well.

Front Office to be desired
This is the first dental office I have been asked to pay for services up front and each time I paid was given an amount that was not correct after speaking to my insurance. The Office overcharged me for my dental work. I still have not been reimbursed the amount Gentle Dental owes me. I have contacted my insurance. The office lacks proper customer service skills. One person in the office seems unhappy to be employed here and it shows in her treatment to dental customers.
My first visit
and hopefully my last in search of a “good” dentist (I am new in the area)I believe I found the most excellent one. Based on the info provided by phone, the paperwork, as a new patient, was ready just needed to be signed (I said to myself: This is a good sign.) Picked up a travel magazine from the rack, started to read a good article about natural beauty of Norway, when I was graciously “interrupted.” The doctor was ready to see me. With my next visit I will try to finish that article. I do not know any names yet, and this is fine, because my words of utmost praise go to everyone there. Thank you.
Excellent care
I Transferred from another gentle dental and was very doubtful that I would receive the right dental care, but I was wrong. ALL GENTLE DENTALS ARE NOT THE SAME. I was treated with the best care here!

The only bad things that I had to go through was waiting for my tooth to be crowned for months and then it came in with the color gray and it looks awful. There are not enough words to describe it. However the dentist, and I still don’t know his name said he would fix it. In the meantime it is in my mouth, a front tooth no less, and I have to be careful not to smile or talk too loud.
