The best information I was given was by one the women who answered the phone and told me to bring ice packs with me and use them immediately after my procedure on the was home in the car. I had no swelling thanks to her.

I had a crown and a cleaning and was very impressed with Gentle Dental. I found the office to be state of the art and there was little or no wait any of the 3 visits I had. The cleaning was the most thorough that I ever had.

root canal
This was my first time getting a root canal and i must say the doctor waa excellent.
Dispointed
He doesn’t understand that i can’t afford these extra visits as the insurance doesn’t pay for. I can only afford what the insurance pays. He kept at me until i was upset and just wanted to get out of there and search for another dentist. So i was really dispointed in his attitude after years of going to this dentist.

Dr. Bratman is excellent as well as his asst.
Decent Price
My visit was so-so. I was seen immediately, which was a big deal to me. The price was affordable, and the overall experience was pleasant. However, I was not a fan of the dental assistant I had. She kept telling me to bite down so that she could get my teeth x-rayed, but I was biting down as much as I could. She would just push the x-ray bite strips into my mouth, and I am surprised she didn’t cut the bottom part of my mouth under my tongue. I was not happy with her careless attitude. If I go back to that particular Gentle Dental, I will request she not be the assistant.

My appointment went faster than I thought it would. Dr. Bratman and his staff were professional, efficient and empathetic.

I was amazed at how smoothly my appointment went. Dr. Bratman was efficient and thorough and empathetic., as were the dental assistants. I have only one comment, and that is , I would liked to have had a written printout of instructions for after care, and what to expect after my procedure.

I was very happy with the service I received this week. It was prompt, courteous, and effective. I was not subjected to any pain, and I felt that the office utilized up to date equipment and procedures.
