My first experience with an Implant
This was my first time meeting Dr Hersh and my first time with an implant. Step one was the surgery to remove a broken tooth, remove the infected area, replace bone and close up the opening. It sounds scary, but Dr Hersh did a fantastic job. And after 24 hours, I don’t feel a thing, no bleeding; it was like it never happened. My criticism was that the treatment plan was not correctly done. They left off a part of the procedure that was quite expensive. The numbers are relative, but for me this is a very large amount of money. But becuase of the quality of the work done, I still give Gentle Dental five stars.

I was very happy with my experience at Gentle Dental. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Azari took alot of time explaining any dental procedures I needed and answering all of my questions. I would recommend gentle dental to others.
Urgent Visit
I needed to be seen for an infection following oral surgery. The office was flexible enough to find an open slot for me to be seen without a previously scheduled appointment. The staff were welcoming and the office was nice. Dr. Azzari and the Dental Assistant (sorry I don’t remember his name)were supportive, thorough and very helpful.
I was pleased with my experience. I would return and would recommend this office.
I hate even the word ROOT CANAL
I experienced the most painless root canal at the capable hands of Dr Azari. He is truly a gentle dentist .and everyone from the time you walk in the door is friendly and professional .

Dr. Azari is quick and efficient and nice. I didnt feel pain and the numbness only lasted for 2 hours. I am hooked.
Tooth Extraction and bone implant
On Friday April 6th Dr. Hersh removed one of my molars which not only had a crown but a root canal pin. It was very tricky as the teeth on either side both had crwons. No damage was done to those teeth in the process AND the procedure was not as uncomfortable as I had imagined!
I followed Dr. Hersh’s instructions to medicate and use ice packs and experienced little pain or swelling. It really was “Gental Dental”! Thank You!
Not so scarey dental experience…
I went in for a sensitive tooth, wound up having to get a crown. Yikes… I hate needles, especially in my mouth. Dr. Azari was very good, explained everything as he was doing it, numbed me up with cream first and I couldn’t even feel the needle sticks (there were multiple). Dr. Azari and the staff are friendly, upbeat and professional. I recommend this dentist.
First visit. Broken front tooth.
I lost a filling on a front tooth and needed a dentist that took my dental insurance quickly and Gentle Dental was the correct fix. Dr. Hoffman took care of me quickly and did a fine job. Only minor problem that added a little time to the process was computer problems where several of their computers were not working.
Exam with Dr. Hersh
On Friday I had a periodontal exam with Dr. Hersh. During the exam he explained what he was doing in a concise and clear manner. He talked with me concerning a “problem” tooth and what my treatment options were. I have an appointment with him on April 6th to extract my tooth and will get a bone graft and then an implant at a later date.

Regular Peridontal Cleaning
This is the second or third time I have had my teeth cleaned by Katrina. She does an extensive periodontal cleaning on me due to prior periodontal disease. I must say, she is an excellent hygienist. Combining skill with a superb “bedside manner”, Gentle Dental has one winning employee in Katrina. She makes the rather mundane and even dreaded teeth cleaning into a most pleasant experience. I highly recommend Gentle Dental to anyone who is looking for a professional AND friendly environment. They’ll take good care of you AND your teeth!

The Gentle Dental staff was absolutely professional and personable.
I had a great deal of work done in a very short amount of time and they made sure I was comfortable, answered any questions or concerns and I was seen promptly when I arrived.

Billling/Charging too much for a general cleaning.
I started a recommended periodontal scling regimen over a year ago at my local Gentle dentle and I have to admit I was very skeptical about it. I have been compliant and I have been told that my gums are in great condition by another dentist. My last two visits have been normal cleanings, but I continue to be charged for GENTLE DENTLE scaling regimen. This practice is fraudulant and I believe greedy. Please try to rectify this. I plan to go to another group.

I am glad to report that my experience with this office has been professional with a personal touch since my first contact.
I had a broken crown and an appointment was scheduled within 24 hours of my call.
Dr. Azari and Pat helped me feel at ease with their professional, caring manner. I am pleased with how the dental repair turned out.
My husband will be making his appointment for annual maintenance soon. I also referred my Mom- in- law to Gentle Dental.

This was my first visit to Gentle Dental.
I was seen in WPB initially because of my need for immediate attention and they were able to transfer my information to their Jupiter office which is closer to my home.
I have found the staff at both offices to be friendly and professional and I expect that this is the beginning of a long relationship.
I feel that they have my best interests in concern and will be able to facilitate any needs that I may have in the future.

Once again the service was excellent. Kristen is very attentive to a patient and very pleasant during the procedure. When I mentioned the problem with flossing she immediately went to get a sample of one for me to try. I have and it’s the best yet – no fraying!!

Pain meds are my friend today
Quick, Professional, and expert help. Gas is good. and so is Dr Bland. It will take a few days to feel somewhat normal, but following the instructions has helped.
