First Visit Review
My first visit was above average, it started off with a little glitch. Phyllis, Office Manager, corrected that situation. Dr. Salazar, and the technician were great!!! Looking forward to my next visit.
Great atmosphere
I had a good experience yesterday at this dentist office in North Miami. The nurses were patient with my daughter and the front office was very kind and courteous. I should have made this dentist and the office my primary ages ago. Thank you ladies.

Surgeon Consultation
It was a pleasure as always visiting the Ives Diary office of Gentle dental. All the staff is genuinely friendly and pleasant. Doctor is very knowledgeable and doesn’t try to make up stories just to get more money out of you. They tell you as it is and what you need to get your teeth healthy.
Back to the Dentist
My visit was pleasant as always. Not crazy about getting drilled but the staff there is always friendly and makes the whole experience much easier. And the dentists there are also just as pleasant and makes the whole process go by quicker and painless.

Was even better since I had a credit to pay for my fillings! Everyone on staff is great .Quick fast and painless. Love Dr Bruce Cohn he is personable and helps you to relax.

Wonderful experience with the endodontist. The staff were so nice and caring. They went out of their way to fit me in their busy schedule without an appt. The 250 word limit does not allow me the words to exhault their excellence. GGentle Dental No Miami and Plantation are excellent!

Disappointment
My last visit to the office at this office left me with bad taste in my mouth. After having my healing cap coming off the day before at about 3 PM. I stayed home from work so that I could have the cap replaced ASAP. However there was no one at the North Miami office the assist me. I was refered/sent to the Copper City office where there was a dentist who could assist. The arrangement was made but on my arrival there I was told by the dentist that my gum had grown over where the implant/healing cap was and that I needed to make an appointment for that Friday to have the gum growth removed. What I could not understand how my gum could have grown over the implant so quickly (in 17 hours).I was only trying to prevent food particles form going into the space and causing an infection.
I called North Miami office rxpressing my disappointment that I wanted corporate office number so that I can personally call and voice my dissappointment but the office manager told me that everything has to go through her. I think my comments and feelings would not be conveyed the way I would like. Since corporate can send me e-mails to confirm my appoints I feel that I should be able to correspond with individuals at the corporate office. I am still disappointed with the whole incident.

after my thrid visit..
I realized that Gentle Dental is not the place for me, didnt have a tooth ache before going in.. just a decaying tooth, but after having it repaired it feels like its a foreign object, it hurts and NOW I need a root canal.. that I have to pay for.. Looking for a dentist to fix what hurts!!!
My experience
I always enjoy my cleaning with Rebeca. We share stories and laugh and my teeth always feel so good when I leave. The office staff also makes my husband very comfortable while he waits for me. Thank you.
