I’ve been disappointed by many dental offices in the past. The service given as well as the quality of the service delivered fell far below excellent. To my surprise, Dr. Coronado and Denise were great. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I look forward to my new beautiful smile:)

Was excellent!!! No problems with procedure all went good. I question additional charges of sedation, as my procedure didn’t take more than 30 minutes & I was charged for addiontional 15 minutes..I don’t think this is good practice, especially when a patient is paying out of pocket fees & is looking at to have additional work done with additional fees out of pocket.
Please post this as a service to your other patients. Five stars to your staff, one star to your billing policies..
Professionalism
I just had a cleaning with Hygienist “Mia”. Mia had been with Dr. Coronado before he joined Gentle Dental. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Alice. My appointment was on time and very efficient. Check-out was a breeze. I guess the point I want to convey is that you are fortunate to have Dr. Coronado on staff. Having said that, a dentist is only as good as his/her staff. Great experience!

Quick to respond
I was very happy that you accommodated me with my “emergency”. The only problem that I had was that my 9:00 AM appointment didn’t happen until 9:50 AM, costing me at least one hour’s pay.
However, I do remain grateful that you took me in on short notice and addressed my problem.
Best Dental Experience
I called Gentle Dental to see about getting my crown fixed since it broke the night before and my regular dentist was unable to get me in soon enough; I AM SO HAPPY I DID! They got me in right away and were so friendly(which is hard to find people who enjoy their job these days)I always assumed Gentle Dental was more like a clinic, but it was a very upscale and clean dental office with very nice dental assistants and very down to earth dentist. I will be permanently switching to Gentle Dental and since i signed up for the VIP package, i will be getting 2 free cleanings this year so the plan and discount paid for itself.

Dr. Paul Seider was professional and straight forward. He was able to fully numb me and remove the tooth without and issue. I look forward working with gentle dental in the future. Thank you.
No caring for patient’s feelings
I had two cavities done at the right and left side of my bottom mouth. I never had a bad experience with a dentist but then again i never have too many cavities to fix. I got anxiety right after “My entire bottom mouth” was numb. The dentist seem to have a pretty agency so didn’t bother to care for my anxiety feelings. Throughout the procedure, she also took care of other patients so I ended up in the chair waiting for her a couple of times. My mouth wasnt back to normal until 6 hrs later!! and in talking to others, it is not recommended you have work in your mouth in the whole area because of your reaction to the anaesthesia and the discomfort that brings to your mouth for such a long period of time. There is a lot of stress in that office!

Like many people, I hate going to the dentist. So much so, that I waited over 2 years before trying another dental office. I had my first appointment with Gentle Dental and had a surprisingly great experience. Everyone was very friendly and informative and I was comfortable with the dental work that I received. A+
Alice’s Commitment to Customer Service
I was scheduled for a deep cleaning and required anti-biotics prior to the work being done. Alice stayed after hours contacting a pharmacy and calling in a prescription so that I could pick it up on my way to work.
She went way beyond the normal call of duty to ensure that I would be prepared. Thank you for having such dedicated people on your staff. She cared and it showed in the actions that she took.

changing appt times
this is about the fourth time the office has changed my appt time without speaking with me. I was just at the dentist yesterday and confirmed my appt time of 1130 and today they call to confirm telling me my appt is at 1110. The other times I call on the phone and they give me a certain time and then my confirmation is different than what was discussed on phone.

The dentist was so gentle. I must say the extraction was not what I was used to at all. Everyone, David, the dentist was so nice. I plan on being a patient for life. Great job to all.

When Monica was transferred to Parkland I had to follow her. She is the most awesome dental technician I’ve ever been to. She has motivated me to keep my dental care to a level I never was able to previous to having her as my technician. Her personality is also caring and warm. the only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is due to the longer wait than expected, which is common but I feel this is something every doctor’s and dentist office should work on improving. But the staff is absolutely fantastic, very professional and friendly, they made my son extremely comfortable and were eager to please! Thumbs up! Great Service! will definitelly keep coming back!
Parkland Office
The Parkland office is the best dentist office that I have been to thus far. The staff treats you with respect and just not as a dollar sign. Way to go Parkland staff.

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Rappaccioli and the staff at this office. I am one of those people who avoided the dentist because of really terrible experiences with other dentists in the past. Dr. R, David and Matoya all made me feel so at ease and comfortable. They even helped me stay optimistic about all of the unexpected dental work I ended up needing. Dr. R explained every procedure to me and went above and beyond to save me a penny here and there (not something that you would normally expect from a dr). She and her staff were meticulous every step of the way, even working for several hours (and through lunch time) to get the work done thoroughly. The kindness I receive each time I come in from David and Matoya put me at ease from the moment I sit down. I can’t say enough positive things and I’ll be a patient at this office for many years to come. I HIGHlY recommend this caring and compassionate dentist and staff.
