The name says it all Gentle Dental. I have to point out Dr Guerrero and Dr. Weishoff especially. They are the most caring, giving professionals I have ever met. They’re bedside manner is top notch. The entire staff put me at ease and each person took the needed time to ensure I was comfortable and understood the next step at all times. With the extensive work I needed done, that other offices were charging an arm and a leg for in a 3year period, Gentle Dental did in 2weeks at a cost that was manageable.
All chickens and scary cats need to go to GENTLE DENTAL.

The experience was truly unexpected – thoughts of torture cells, unspeakable pain rang through my mind. Reality was a state of art facility with nurses , assiants, doctors with smiles and “how can we make this a pleasant experience” This truly was the “WOW Facttor”.
Yet it doesn’t end there , later that night I receive a call from the doc (dentist) who did the procedure asking how I was and if I had any questions.

I want to thank Dr. Pyner, his assistant and Dr, Guerrero and his assistant Yoemi. If you wantt to feel comfortable relax please visit them. Dr. Pyner works with fantastic music you will enjoy it.
Let’s not forget the receptionist they welcome with a bright smile. I have never felt so comfortable in a Dental office than Gentle Dental of Plantation.

yesterday’s visit
I am very happy with my overall experience. The only thing that I would find a little more helpful is the waiting wasn’t so much. And being told in advance this procedure could take approximately this long???

quick and easy but…
I went in for an extraction and everything went quick and easy but afterwards I found a piece of my tooth is still in there. I’m going to have to go back to get it out. Maybe the doctor was a little too quick.

Very satisfied with the overall perfomace and treatment recieved from both Dr. Azar and Omar while getting my tooth pulled. I appreciated Dr. Azar reminding me to breath, Omar allowing me to hold his hand and the follow up personel phone call this morning. I am highly recommending you to a very dear friend of mine who is as much of a chicken as I am.
Teeth whitening
Procedure explained well. Did experience some of the side effects of whitening process. Process seems to have worked well. Staff very helpful, attentive and professional.
Staff friendly, although disorganized
I recently had three visits within a few weeks to get basic dental care that had been neglected for a few years. The staff was as friendly as can be expected for such a large practice. It seems like they overbook appointments for too few dentists. The problem I have with this establishment is that I overpaid by more than half of what was estimated to me. My dental claims even says that I should have been charged about $200 less than I was. I implied about this a week ago and am still waiting to hear back. We’ll see…

i was called during the day of the appt. to ask if i couild make it 1/2 hr. earliier which worked out for me as well. didn’t wait more than 5 min. and was promptly attended to. dentist seemed knowledgable and competent.

Dental cleaning
Hughes is a very good dental hygenist. I appreciate how thorough he was with cleaning my teeth and he made me feel comfortable. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing, but he has a way about him to let you know everything will be okay which helped me be more relaxed. He is a top notch employee.

The staff at Gental Dental of Plantation is always very nice. Dr Jose who did my scaling was great. He was kind and explained everything throughout the procedure.
