I made an appointment to get some dental work repaired. The staff was very nice. The dentist was a nightmare.The dentist took an immediate dislike to me. The dentist was curt,condescending, and abrupt.I was in tears during my visit due to the denstist’s attitude.Great way to welcome a new customer. I’d use the word patient but I’ve lost my patience.The denstist should NEVER make a new customer feel bad by walking through the door of their practice!No bedside manner at all. The rest of the staff however were very nice.

I recently saw Radamens Dorisca at the Pompano office. Although I usually go to the Boca office, Pompano has Saturday hours. Well, I couldn’t of been happier. Radamens is an excellent Hygenist. I’ve always been skiddish of going to the dentist, but he made me feel extremely comfortable and made sure I did not have any pain. He is wonderful! I will see the dentist next week, Dr. Scott. She was busy, but actually popped in to say hello. I just love Gental Dental, whether I go to Boca or Pompano, you cannot find a better place to get a great smile! Thanks Radamens!

I had a big bruise on my face the day after i got my tooth fixed. i am 43 years old and have been to the dentist many many times and have never had a bruise and it was visiable for ove a week. i’m not sure if that is a normal side effect or not. I’, not so sure it was so gentle

This process had a great outcome for me. Dr. Davis thoroughly review the process and expected outcome to me. The staff were very attentive and offered a pillow and blankie to me. They even took of my sneakers when asked. The outcome was better than the Doctor expected. Now I can maintain with my trays on a weekly basis for an hour to maintain my more beautiful smile! Cleaning
Carlos Herrerr is my Dental Hygenist. I had a cleaning yesterday, 02/01/12. I am 58 years old and, though I have 3 or 4 cleanings a year, I’,ve always had problem gums. Carlos is the best Hygenist that has ever taken care of my teeth. My gums are progressively improving even the problem areas. Carlos gives me very good advice and is genuinely caring when it comes to my treatment. Again, I feel like he’s the best!

Dr. Davis and her assistants were most helpful with my dental problem. I like the fact that I can talk to Dr. Davis and Martha on a more personal level than just strictly teeth! Even though I dread having any work done to my teeth, I’m always put at ease and I actually have a good time while there! Great job!!!!

I was very pleased with my service from the ladies at the front desk, dental assistant, dental hygienist, up to the Doctor. They were very kind and professional. I’ve been in search of a dental office for over a year and a half. I just was not pleased with the level of service I was receiving. I have found my home with Gentle Dental. help with a problem
I had an issue that I posted on a few days ago,that I was very unhappy about,but since then I have been in contact with Louis (I apologize if I’ve spelled his name wrong ),he went out of his way,over and above what I expected,to resolve my problem.All I can say is” Thank You”,although for all he did,thank you does not seem enough.I have a new dentist at Gentle Dental,and I was very satisfied and comfortable with her,I will continue to use Gentle Dental in Pompano Beach,thanks to Louis and Dr.Salazar.HAPPY HOLIDAYS ,and again Thank You

I went in nervous as I have a had very bad previous experince with a root canal before, and Dr. Jason and his assistant made me very at ease. They were both very kind, understanding and gentle in every way. The proceduere was quick and I walked out of ther with a smile.

Your staff and Dr. were very nice….I was quite disappointed after waiting 1-1/2 hours to find out that you would not take my Humana dental plan….
When I made the appointment, I was told you honored Humana, get to the office and was told no – they put me in a room anyways. X-rays were taken, etc. Then was told the prices of non-insurance treatment….I left on a pleasant goodbye- no thanks…..no cleaning – nothing….. Supposedly, my Humana was dropped a few months ago…. I was basically charged $15.00 for nothing
