you need to go thur my billing I need to to know why my daughter and I were not quoted a price. I signed a paper with the hiegenisted saying I was paying a PRICE this 800.00 and some dollars is reallyh riduculious. Check your records or at least have the curiosity to call me back when I call !!!!! The service was great and everything was taken care of. But c’mon thankyou Debra Uptergrove
Friendly Staff & Dentist
The dentist and staff were all friendly. I’m not one who’s fond of dental work and I had quite a bit done. The dentist put me at ease and made an unpleasant procedure more bearable.

not gentle at all
I had a root canal first and then my build up nd crown, it took 8 days for my mouth to not be sore anymore from the root canal and the other visits the particular dentist was very rough, my mother was in the chair in the next room and her exam was also unpleasant because of how insensitive the dentist was concerning hitting and pressing areas in her mouth.
and exam should be ppainful or uncomfortable.
Unfortunatley my mother is looking for another dentist because of the experiences so far.

I’m new to the area and just found this dentist office because of my insurance. Everyone I have interacted with is so nice and pleasant. However, when I came in for my last appointment, it was supposed to be at 9 am. I got to the office at 8:45 and waited until 9:35 to be called into the room. Then I waited 15 more minutes for the dentist to come in. The dentist was still super nice which somewhat made up for it, but next time I would rather have notice so I could run other errands for an hour instead of just sitting in the office.

The experience was very good. I have had many bad experiences but the hygienist was always checking to make sure I was comfortable.
Kind & focused
Office manager, receptionist, dental hygenist, dentist, assistant, oral surgeon we all focused on me as an individual patient. Friendly. No waitng in reception or in treatment chair. Everyone clear in explanations. Detailed printed listing of all expenses prior to treatments. Dentists both seem skillful,up to date and were kind. I switched to GD over a year ago because my insurance pays partial. Frankly, I am surprised to find Gentle Dental sems as good as my previous expensive traditional dentist.

I was very pleased with the services rendered at this facility yesterday. Dr MaCallum was very nice and professional. The Hygienists, two ladies had excellent manners and advice with my two daughters. I really appreciate the efforts the front desk girls made to bill properly and I will definetively recommnend and will come back to this office even though it is not the closest to me.

Dr. Villicana is the best dentist to ever enter the doors of Gentle Dental at the 13889 Wellington Trace Office in West Palm Beach. She is knowledgeable, puts the “gentle ” in Gentle Dental; has excellent “bed side” manners, is professional in her approach, and is genuinely concerned about her patients. Dr. Villicana is pleasant, thorough, calm in her approach and communicative. She is second to none and is the brightest light in that office. I know that it is your practice to rotate your staff, but whatever you do, keep Dr. Villicana and Lisa and her gregarious personality at this location. If they leave, so will I and many others.

My experience at Gental Dental
I find everyone pleasant. The dentists are very competent and friendly. They try very hard to explain what is necessary for you to do to maintain a “healthly” mouth.
Going to the dentist is still not on my top 10 list of things I like to do, but it’s a lot better than it use to be now.

My 3 girls had their cleanings last week and we were in and out quickly, the staff was helpful and friendly and the dentist was warm and open to my questions. They make what could be an unpleasant afternoon, actually pleasant!

I have been taking my son the Gentle Dental since he was 2 1/2 years old. He is now almost 5. The dentist and hygienists are very kind, caring, and patient with him. He actually enjoys going to the dentist!
