First time patient

Wow! Very impressed. Have not been to a dentist for many years and was a bit (nor more than that) apprehensive. Everyone wss so nice and Dr. Durham was especially caring. Made the right chose in coming to Gentle Dentist.

Dental Visit..

I have been afraid of the Dentist for many years. The office staff was very friendly and Paige went out of her way to Help me.

Dr. Hersh & Michelle

I was a nervousness wreak over having an infected molar removed to begin the process of an implant. On my initial consultation, Dr Hersh told me that he had one and even showed it to me! During the procedure, Michelle was great and talked to me throughout the prep process. When when Dr Hersh began the removal of my molar, he told me exactly what he was going to do and what was happening while he did it. He even sang a little country music! Although the removal of a tooth is never a pleasant experience, they made the best of it and did a great job. Today, the day after, the healing has begun and I’m confident that all will be OK

Great service

I was a walk in with a non painful problem. It was close to closing. They welcomed me in, took care of my problem and were very nice about it!!! I will go back there!

Bad nerve block

Too much anesthesia!,,I had an 11am apt and was numb until 6pm. My ear my eyelid was numb. It is now 11pm the next day and my jaw is so sore I still can not opun mt mouth. Please have the dentist call me

Satisfied for the first time w the service. I like the new dentist, she gave me attention and fixed some previous issues I was having with my teeth because of previews service done at the same place by someone else. My teeth feel great for the first time After getting the crown done four months ago. The assistant it was very friendly and helpful as well! I could not say I would give such a feedback four months ago!

Dissatisfied

The Gielgud at front was only good part of office . I was very disappointed ,the girl was very pushy about signing a treatment plan that I didn’t even agree to. I couldn’t believe some of the things she said to me . We love dr newman but will not be using dental side of the practice ,it’s unfortunate to have such a poor experience . Whoever owns the practice should be aware of it . I will not be bringing my other 3 children

Excellent Dental Staff

Visiting the dentist can be scary for any age, however the staff and Gental Dental in Boca made my visit a pleasant one. My dentist, Dr. Pesatura and her team (Phil), were excellent. They are professional, friendly and gentle. I would recommend this team to anyone.

Hygienist very competent,knowledgable.But didn’t like high pressure sell for deep cleaning and being placed in trendelenberg position for cleaning, very uncomfortable

I was pleasantly surprised with the high level of efficiency, professionalism and overall experience at the West Boca Location of Gentle Dental. They did not keep me waiting, did what I asked to have done/needed to have done, had previously checked with my insurance to verify coverage and I was impressed by the quality of the care & the dentist. The entire experience was perfect.

Found a new Dentist

It’s hard to find a good dentist in Boca that will be honest with you and diligent in their work. I have found one here, as they were recommended to me and I will continue to go there to fix my teeth.

September Dental Appointment

I have been consistantly over charged for proceedures. The over charge has been has hight as $60 and as low as $20 each visit. When I get home I double check my receipt. I call my insurance company for verification and then I have to go back and discuss with billing.

The dentist that I have gone to for 4 years left this location. I have asked where she went and they always give me the same answer. they don’t know. I find this hard to believe.

I feel the personal care is no longer part of this team. Staff is doing their job and no more and friendly atmosphere is no longer evident. Emily Galea

Dr. Durkin

Dr. Durkin was the absolute BEST! My son is a very difficult 8 yr old to deal with and we had already seen once dentist which didn’t work out. The receptionist at the front desk suggested Dr. Durkin and I have to say THANK YOU!!! My son felt very comfortable with her and she was wonderful with him. Once home my son told me that he thought she was very nice and really liked her!!! A dentist!!! So again, thank you!!!!

Pam was professional, painless and had a wondderful bedside manner. She seemed to truly be concerned with her client’s dentalhealth. She completed deep cleaning of my whole mouth. Bev was great as well as she preped me for Dr. P. The doctor was reassuring and explained everything she was doing. She expained options and gave her opinion. I felt comfortable & trusting of her.
