Extensive work but, as long as Dr Hirsch kept singing I remained calm.

Right from the beginning, I was seen at my designated appointment time by very warm & caring people who gave me a large dose of TLC (tender loving care). There was no pain during my procedures. I would even recommend my family avail themselves of their services.

Enjoyable!!

I have always felt I would rather give birth than go to the Dentist, however Gentle Dental is so efficient and effective, I have changed my tune. I brought a book to read while the novocain was at work and my time with the Dentist was minimal, it was over before I knew it. I was having an extraction and build up for an implant – though I wasn’t really looking forward to this… it was a very professional, enjoyable, and “gentle” procedure.

Car sales dentistry…Beverly

Beverly said I needed a teeth scaling cleaning for $250. When she finally decided to start to clean my teeth, she picked at a few areas and then polished my teeth, it wasn’t even 10 minutes. I asked her if she did the scaling, and if she had some new system. She gave me a story about how the new instruments are so fine 5mm that you don’t even feel it. Now, she had already polished my teeth, after my questions she went back and cleaned areas of the bottome teeth where I build up tartar. She picked a couple more minutes and that was it. I know she did not do the scaling, I have had it done many times and I know when my teeth are being cleaned and when I am having a scaling. Maybe she had another patient she was trying to get to but she had no right charging me $250 for no service but a tooth polish. She was more concerned about me signing the form to pay the $250 then actually cleaning and scaling my teeth. I felt like I was with a car sales man.

My twin girls who are 7 have always been scared of the dentist. However, the Dr., nurses and staff at the West Boca Gentle Dental location were terrific and my girls felt so comfortable. They were excited for their second visit, and I couldn’t believe it. So happy!

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE

There are not enough adjectives to describe the Doctors and staff of Gental
Dental. I am relaxed with them and hope that I feel the same with all future appts.

Extraction bad experience

I previously was there on Feb.20, for a tooth extraction that was one of the worst expierences I had. Also I would like to make sure you note that when I was having this extraction done, the Dr. had me bite down on some sort of device in my mouth and it was on the right side where my bride is. It seemed to hurt and I told the Dr., hopefully I will not have problems with this bridge due to this extraction.

Great Experience

My 6 year old son was completely at ease and told all of his friends that the dentist is nice and not to be scared to ever go. We highly reccomend this dentist.

Root Canal

This is the 4th Root CAnal I have ever had and it was the best one. THe Doctor explained everything was funny and allowed us to relax and listen to music. Dr. Piner was great. He even gave me a copy of the CD to take home.

Great experience

I am not sure how happy I could be having a tooth pulled, but the office and the doctor was fantastic. I really felt like they cared for me. I am not a big fan of any dentist….except this one. Thank you

no pain!

had a root canal done wit Dr. Pyner, and literally felt no pain. i couldn’t believe it, but it was true. awesome!

Took too long

Had a 11:00 appointment, didn’t get in to see the dentist until 11:30 and then had to wait some more before my x-ray were made . didn’t get out of there until 1:30. Too much time was wasted.
