my experience wih Gentle Dental was GREAT. I’m scared to death of Dentists and my Dentist was very gental and so was his assistant. I had a tooth pulled yesterday and I was very pleased with the situation.

Outstanding staff!
I came to Gentle Dental in West Palm Beach, Fl. For 2 reasons: 1. I wanted a female Dentist; and 2. A friendly staff and atmosphere. I cannot express enough my complete satisfaction with the entire staff at the WPB office! Unfortunately, I was use to the old typical, gruff male dentist with zero personality and lack of time or compassion with any discussion about dental issues. Dr. Jennifer Londano far exceeded any expectations I had. She took much time in explaining my crown procedure, understood my apprehension, and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Londano continued to provide me with excellent dental care right up to the final fitting with constant attention to detail. 3 different dental assistants worked with me during this process over the month, and although I do not recall their names, they ALL were very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. I also was always greeted kindly by the administrative staff during every visit to this office. I honestly can say that it was a complete pleasure from day one at the Gentle Dental office of WPB! I was doing it all wrong
I’ve had major problems with my teeth and gums all my adult life. I’ve spent thousands of dollars for various dentists when I lived on the West Coast, but no one, I mean NO ONE, taught me what the real problem was.
Not flossing right. Yeah that’s right, not flossing properly. If I would have had someone like Margee, I could have saved my self needless pain and money. My other dental offices were all too happy to take my money and run and leave me with a 10K bill.
Because she took the time to show me how to floss and not just some willy nilly way. I’m on the way to healthy teeth and gum health. Because she actually cares about people, I can avoid painful dental surgeries and procedures in the future.
I like this office and that says a lot for a dental phobic like me. The thought of going to the dentist fills me with dread.
It’s still not a picnic when I go to GD of WPB, but I at least hear the truth and know how to heal myself.
Professional services
I waited a while to post this because I was in distress after all the numbing shots from my procedure. The work done for me was great. Dr. Hersh and his staff are obviously skilled. Changes I would make include:
1. suggest patient not schedule an immediate return to activity after this type of appointment.
2. Give patient a take-home list of instructions and what to expect over the first 2 days. (This is explained during procedure, but after the stress of procedure it is difficult to recall).
Never again.
I had a root canal performed by Dr. Riso. He was very nice, explained everything, and took his time to answer questions, and his assistant was also nice. The rest of your staff were unprofessional and rude. When I walked in the door, I was ignored and had to listen to the girls at the front desk talk about what they did over the weekend. After dealing with them and upon check out, I was left with the impression the entire place is a business more concerned about making money than they are with the patient. I was not given any discharge instructions and was made to feel as if all they wanted was my payment, and don’t let the door hit me on the way out. I will never enter any one of your offices again and will tell everyone I know they need to stay away from you as well.

My dentist was great. All went very smoothly. Never had any pain.
First Visit
Overall the experience went well. The staff was friendly and I did not have to wait long. I admittedly have not been to the dentist in awhile and was given an extensive treatment plan. The cost of the plan did leave me wondering about whether my or the offices best interests were being accounted for.
My biggest complaint was that I would have been better off telling them I had no insurance. They advertise a $69 special that includes the exam, xrays and a cleaning. I was told that this was only for people without insurance. I have insurance and I was billed for $143.00, which means because I have insurance, I paid twice as much.
This makes me wonder whether or not I should go back to them or find another provider.
I just do not know what to say.

DR. Jason Hersh took the dread that I had, and made it,if not pleasant, a better experience than I had anticipated.
Perfect Professionals
Was so reassuring and comfortable getting my first implant from Dr. Bland and the Gentle (they really are) Dental staff. Only needed a few NSAIDs and 2 painkillers. Looking forward to getting crowned by “has a ring to it”
Dental Hygenist
Margee Gaudreau is my Dental Hygenist and I have been working with her, Dr. Ring and Dr. Ring’s assistant for two years now. I had two teeth pulled with little to no pain and did not require filling my pain killer prescription. Susie X-Rayed my mouth and was very thorough in explaining the Damage and requirements for getting my Teeth to a respectable for my Level at the age of 55. Margee has clean my Teeth every three months and it is definitely worth the price. She evaluates my Dental Condition everytime and explains the need for me to brush after every meal and floss twice a day. I am not the best patient, but I drive from Coral Springs to West Palm Beach because Susie, Margee, and Dr. Ring are the best

Very pleased with Dr. Bland. Comforting personality. Answered all my questions.Feel safe with him as my surgeon.
Dental Asst was extremely helpful and comforting to me. Even though she was busy she found time to understand my concerns when she saw how upset I was.
My disappointment in the office is it is less than clean, in fact it Really needs a good cleaning. Health concerns ran through my mind.
Office needs to have modern equipment. Felt like a clinic atmosphere. Needs good make over. Bring it up to date with new equipment. More pleasing surroundings. Equipment is old, and worn. You need modern equipment.Would be more pleasing to patient.
Do not like open concept. No privacy.
Uncomfortable to have an extraction next to me while I wait for Dentist.
