Invisalign®
Clear, removable, and one of the most innovative teeth straightening treatments to come along in quite some time: Invisalign® Clear Braces offers you the chance to straighten your teeth in a very discreet way. This orthodontic treatment involves the use of clear plastic aligners to gradually straighten your teeth without the hassle and discomfort that can sometimes be associated with traditional metal braces. A system of trays is custom-molded for your teeth, with small modifications in each tray that will gradually pull your teeth into a more desirable position. Every two weeks, you will discard the tray you’ve been using and put the next in the series in place. Invisalign® has shown to work in about the time it takes traditional braces to straighten the teeth, and in some cases even less time. Plus, the clear aligners are removable for eating, drinking, and brushing and flossing. Not to mention the fact that Invisalign® clear teeth aligners are virtually undetectable to others. People may not even know that you are in the process of having your teeth straightened unless you tell them!
Invisalign® is usually suited for those who need fairly minor cosmetic adjustments, such as patients who have crowded teeth, teeth that are spaced too far apart, or teeth that have shifted somewhat after another form of braces has been removed.
